UNIT CONDITION REPORT. Within seven (7) days of the Resident taking possession of the Premises, the Resident shall complete a Unit Condition Report detailing the condition of the Premises. At the expiration or earlier termination of this Residence Agreement, the Landlord and the Resident (upon request) shall complete an additional Unit Condition Report on or within seven (7) days after the Resident gives up possession, and such report shall be conclusive evidence of the state of the Premises at the expiration or termination of the Residence Agreement.
