Common use of UNIT CONDITION REPORT Clause in Contracts

UNIT CONDITION REPORT. Within seven (7) days of the Tenant taking possession of the Premises, the Landlord and Tenant shall complete a Unit Condition Report detailing the condition of the Premises and the Landlord shall provide the Tenant with an online copy of the Unit Condition Report. At the expiration or earlier termination of this tenancy, the Landlord and the Tenant shall complete an additional Unit Condition Report on or within seven (7) days after the Tenant gives up possession, and such report shall be conclusive evidence of the state of the Premises at the expiration or termination of the Lease Agreement. An online copy of the additional Unit Condition Report shall be provided to the Tenant.
