Common use of Unit Certificate Clause in Contracts

Unit Certificate. Each Member shall be entitled to a certificate stating the number of Units held by the Member in such form as shall, in conformity with law and this Agreement, be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Managers (a “Unit Certificate”). Such Unit Certificate shall be signed by the Chair of the Board of Managers or the President or any Vice President and by the Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer or by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary.
