Unit C. The Board of Trustees confirms its recognition of the Association as the exclusive representative, pursuant to the ▇▇▇▇▇ Act, for that unit of employees recognized by the Board defined in Appendix H.
Unit C. If during such trial period her performance is unsatis- factory or the employee requests to return to her former position, such return will be effected without loss of seniority and with a rate of pay appropriate to her former position.
