Common use of Unit Award Clause in Contracts

Unit Award. The Corporation hereby awards the Employee ________ Units pursuant to the 2017 Viad Corp Omnibus Incentive Plan (Plan), subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions of such Plan and as hereinafter set forth.

Unit Award. The Corporation hereby awards Employee [UNITS] Units (the Employee ________ Units “Award”) pursuant to the Amended & Restated 2017 Viad Corp Omnibus Incentive Plan Plan, as amended from time to time (the “Plan”), subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions of such Plan and as hereinafter set forth. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given thereto in the Plan.
