Common use of UNION RECOGNITION Clause in Contracts

UNION RECOGNITION. The Employer agrees to recognize the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for the employees covered by this Agreement, and subject to the terms of this Agreement consents and agrees to negotiate with the Union or its designated representative on matters relating to the conditions of employment, rates of pay, and hours of work.

UNION RECOGNITION. 5.01 The Employer agrees to recognize recognizes the Union as the sole collective exclusive bargaining agent for the employees all Employees covered by this Agreement. UNION RECOGNITION. UNION RECOGNITION. The Employer agrees to recognize recognizes the Union as the sole collective and exclusive bargaining agent for the employees covered by this Agreementpurposes of negotiating wages, hours, benefits, and subject to the terms of this Agreement consents and agrees to negotiate with the Union or its designated representative on matters relating to the conditions of employment, rates for all Unit Employees as defined hereinbelow in cities represented by the Union. By operation of paythis Agreement, prior agreements between the Employer and hours the Union covering Unit Employees with terms inconsistent with this Agreement shall terminate upon the effective date of workthis Agreement and shall be superseded by this Agreement.

The Union shall provide the conditions Employer with a current list of employment, rates of pay, and hours of workthe officer’s names.
