Common use of UNION RECOGNITION Clause in Contracts

UNION RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all Employees falling within the jurisdiction of the Union and Decisions and Agreements of Record of the AFL-CIO and the Canadian Jurisdictional Assignment Plan.

UNION RECOGNITION. A. The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent for all Employees falling within the jurisdiction of the Union employees covered by this Agreement for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and Decisions and Agreements other conditions of Record of the AFL-CIO and the Canadian Jurisdictional Assignment Planemployment.

UNION RECOGNITION. a. UNION RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all Employees falling within the jurisdiction of the Union United Association of Journeymen and Decisions and Agreements of Record Apprentices of the AFL-CIO Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the Canadian Jurisdictional Assignment PlanUnited States and Canada, Local Union 179.

UNION RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all Employees falling within the jurisdiction of the Union Operative Plasterers and Decisions and Agreements of Record Cement Masons International Association of the AFL-CIO United States and the Canadian Jurisdictional Assignment PlanCanada Local 222.

UNION RECOGNITION. The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent for all Employees falling within the jurisdiction of the Union employees covered by this Agreement for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours, employment and Decisions other terms and Agreements conditions of Record of the AFL-CIO and the Canadian Jurisdictional Assignment Planemployment.

UNION RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union union as the sole collective and exclusive bargaining agent for all Employees falling within those employees in the jurisdiction bargaining unit for which the Union is certified under the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. This Agreement shall be binding on the Employer and the Union and Decisions their respective successors and Agreements of Record of the AFL-CIO and the Canadian Jurisdictional Assignment Planassigns.

UNION RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent with respect to work, rates of pay, hours and all other terms and conditions of employment for all Employees falling within employees in the jurisdiction of the Union and Decisions and Agreements of Record of the AFL-CIO and the Canadian Jurisdictional Assignment Planappropriate bargaining unit herein defined.

UNION RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes and agrees that the Union as is the sole collective and exclusive bargaining agent for all the Employees falling within in the jurisdiction bargaining unit at and from the place set out in the certificate of bargaining authority issued by the Union and Decisions and Agreements Labour Relations Board of Record of the AFL-CIO and the Canadian Jurisdictional Assignment PlanBritish Columbia.

UNION RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all Employees falling within the jurisdiction of the Union Operative Plasterers and Decisions and Agreements of Record Cement Masons International Association of the AFL-CIO United States and the Canadian Jurisdictional Assignment PlanCanada Locals 222.
