UNION RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees for whom the Union has been certified.

UNION RECOGNITION. 1.1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent representative for all the employees for whom the Union has been certified.described as follows:
