Common use of Union Matters Clause in Contracts

Union Matters. 9.01 The Employer agrees to provide reasonable access to the University to representatives of CAUT, or a Provincial Counterpart, or legal counsel invited by the Union, provided such access does not in any way interfere with the normal operations of the University. Access under this provision shall not include the right of any such invited person to call meetings on the University’s premises.
