Unilateral Amendment. System Agency reserves the right to amend this Contract through execution of a unilateral amendment signed by the contract manager for this Contract and provided to the Grantee with ten (10) prior to execution of the amendment under the following circumstances to: A. Comply with a court order or judgment; B. Incorporate new or revised federal or state laws, regulations, rules or policies; C. Correct an obvious clerical error in this Contract; D. Change the name of the Contractor in order to reflect the Contractor's name as E. recorded by the Texas Secretary of State;
