Common use of Uniform Facilities Clause in Contracts

Uniform Facilities. Licensee agrees that the food service business hereunder be conducted in accordance with Licensor's uniform requirements with respect to quality, prodcution, appearance, cleanliness, service, merchandising and sales promotion standards. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that substantial uniformity in facilities, products, services and operations are essential to the conduct of a system such as the "Dairy Queen" system, and therefore further agrees to honor and implement recommendations of Licensor directed to enhancing and furthering such uniformity.
