UNIFOR Clause Samples
The UNIFOR clause is designed to address the rights and obligations of employees who are members of the UNIFOR labor union within a workplace. Typically, this clause outlines the recognition of UNIFOR as the exclusive bargaining agent for certain employees, details the process for union dues deduction, and sets forth procedures for resolving disputes between the union and the employer. By clearly defining the relationship between the employer and the union, the clause helps ensure orderly labor relations and provides a framework for collective bargaining, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or labor disputes.
