UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR. UNFPA strictly enforces a policy of zero tolerance concerning unethical, unprofessional or fraudulent acts of UNFPA Suppliers. Accordingly, any registered company that is found to have undertaken unethical, unprofessional or fraudulent activities, as defined in Clause 24, will be suspended or forbidden to continue business relations with UNFPA. CORRUPT AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES UNFPA requires that all Suppliers observe the highest standard of ethics during procurement and execution of work.
