UNENFORCEABILITY OF GUARANTEE. Total or partial failure to comply with the obligation to pay the price shall preclude the enforceability of the guarantee, and the Contractor/Provider shall be indemnified from any obligation thereof, except for immediate payment of the amounts due, before the end of the applicable guarantee period.
