The existence of a final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000.00) by any court or other Governmental Authority against a Significant Consolidated Entity, which is not paid, discharged, stayed, dismissed through appropriate appellate proceedings or bonded within thirty (30) days after entry.
