Undischarged Judgments. If one or more judgments for the payment of money have been entered against Borrower in an amount in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate and such judgment or judgments have remained undischarged and unstayed for a period of thirty (30) calendar days or, if stayed, all of the conditions in Section 8.8 have not been satisfied.
