Undetermined Problems. If, during the term of this SLA, System problems arise which cannot be attributed to a specific Product, Unisphere shall promptly assist Siemens in the investigation of the problem as mutually agreed in terms and conditions. If the problem is found to result from the integration or internetworking of the System, the Parties shall work together in accordance with the Management Escalation Process set out in Section 5 to achieve a mutually acceptable solution.
