Undertakings of the Company. 7.1 If the consent, permit, waiver or authorization of any third party or the approval, permit, exemption or any registration or filing (if legally required) with any government authority is necessary for the execution and performance of this Agreement and the grant of the Call Option herein, the Company will use its best efforts to assist in the fulfillment of the above conditions.
