Common use of Undertakings by the Owners Clause in Contracts

Undertakings by the Owners. Each Owner hereby undertakes to and in favour of the Manager that the Owner and its duly authorised representatives shall at its cost co-operate with the Manager in such a manner which will enable the Manager to render the Services and perform its obligations under this Agreement timeously and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
