Undertaking by ProChain. ProChain shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining a data privacy and information security program that is designed to: (a) ensure the security and confidentiality of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Data; (b) protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Data; and (c) protect against unauthorized disclosure, access to, or use of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Data. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ProChain agree that ProChain’s use of Amazon as a cloud service provider satisfies this obligation as of the Effective Date.
