Unconditional Date. This Agreement shall become unconditional on the Unconditional Date. Within two (2) days of the Unconditional Date, the parties shall mutually agree on the Completion Date. The Vendor shall deliver to the Purchaser the Completion Accounts of the Vsource Companies as at the Completion Accounts Date on the Completion Date.
