Common use of Unclaimed Money or Notes Clause in Contracts

Unclaimed Money or Notes. Subject to applicable abandoned property law, the Trustee and each Paying Agent shall pay or deliver, as the case may be, to the Company upon request any money, Common Stock or other consideration held by them for the payment of the principal amount of (including the relevant Repurchase Price or Redemption Price) and interest (including any Additional Interest) on, or the Common Stock due in connection with any conversion of, this Note that remains unclaimed for two years after a right to such money, Common Stock or other consideration has matured.
