Unclaimed Baggage. 8.4.2.1. If a Passenger does not claim any baggage 21 days from the scheduled date of arrival, THE CARRIER shall not be liable for such baggage and it may be destroyed.

Unclaimed Baggage. Baggage that has not been claimed by its owner or an authorized representative on his or her behalf (or for which the owner has not presented a claim) once all procedures required by applicable legislation have been performed, for a period set forth in regulations or otherwise fifteen (15) days as of the date of completion of the flight on which it was checked and/or when it was found by the airline, shall be considered abandoned, releasing THE CARRIER from responsibility, and entitling it to dispose of said Xxxxxxx, deliver it to the Authorities or donate it.
