Entry Denial Sample Clauses
The Entry Denial clause grants a party the right to refuse access to certain premises or locations under specified conditions. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which entry may be denied, such as for safety, security, or non-compliance with rules, and may apply to employees, contractors, or visitors. Its core function is to protect the property and its occupants by providing clear authority to control who may enter, thereby mitigating risks associated with unauthorized or unsafe access.
