Common use of Unbundling of Network Elements Clause in Contracts

Unbundling of Network Elements. Each Party shall provide its telecommunications regulatory body with the authority to require that major suppliers in its territory provide suppliers of public telecommunications networks or services of the other Party access to network elements for the provision of public telecommunications networks or services on an unbundled basis, in a timely fashion, on terms and conditions, and at cost-oriented rates, that are reasonable, non-discriminatory, and transparent.
