Unavailability of LIBOR Loans. Any request for a new LIBOR Loan shall be deemed to be a request for a new Loan bearing interest at Term SOFR; provided, that any LIBOR Loan outstanding on the Amendment Effective Date shall continue to bear interest at LIBOR until the end of its current Interest Period.
