Common use of Unauthorized Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized. Absence from duty which has not been authorized in accordance with the provisions of this Article. Employees on unauthorized absence receive no pay and may be subject to disciplinary action or considered to have resigned (or abandoned) their position in accordance with the HACLA Personnel Rules.
