Common use of Unauthorized Uses Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized Uses. Broker/Subscriber and/or Website Vendor will not make copies of the Confidential Information. Broker/Subscriber and/or Website Vendor will not directly or indirectly disclose, display, provide, transfer, or otherwise make available the Confidential Information to any person or entity, unless Broker/Subscriber and/or Website Vendor has received prior written consent from WPML to do so. At no time and under no circumstances will Broker/Subscriber and/or Website Vendor reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software constituting part of the Confidential Information. Broker/Subscriber and/or Website Vendor will not incorporate the Confidential Information into any other work or product.
