UNAUTHORIZED PREPAYMENT. In the event Borrower makes any partial prepayment not permitted under the Loan Documents, such prepayment shall be deemed a payment of principal as of the Receivables Loan Maturity Date, and interest shall continue to accrue on the respective Loan as if such prepayment had not been made until such Maturity Date.
