Common use of Unauthorized Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized Occupancy. If the Resident occupies the Premises without written authorization before the Check‐In Date, during a University break period (except as expressly permitted under this Contract), after the Termination Date, or after the Resident is no longer eligible to occupy University Housing, the Resident shall be deemed to be in breach of this Contract and the University shall be entitled to those remedies for breach of this Contract set forth in Section “J” below, including without limitation the right to revoke the Resident's privilege to occupy any University Housing, to exercise all remedies available at law or in equity to regain possession of the Premises and obtain damages from the Resident for such breach.
