Unacceptable Behaviour. In circumstances where a household has breached the House Rules, the Provider should provide the Council with regular updates of the issues in the accommodation which could lead to them being asked to leave. The Provider is able to ask the household to leave, following discussion with the Council, for example where behaviour is not acceptable or manageable.
