Umbrellas. Except for the support pole(s), all portions of an approved umbrella or other temporary shade structure and its supporting structure shall be 7' 0” or above and 3’ 6” or below the Pop-Up and access walkway at all times and shall not obstruct sight distance.

Umbrellas. The Employer will provide a sufficient amount of umbrellas at sties that require exterior patrols.
Umbrellas. All commercial models are protected by a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty against defects and the fiberglass ribs are protected against defects for 3 years. Manufacturer offers a 5 year warranty against fade and the stitching is protected with a 1 year warranty against defects.
Umbrellas. 0 (Zero) Years. There is no Warranty on any Umbrellas . Purchaser is responsible for closing and taking care of the unit during windy days. They are not designed for wind protection.

Tenants having outdoor furniture are also advised to take care to put the plastic tables upside down, stack chairs and sun loungers in winds exceeding Force 7 or above. Insurance: It is recommended that the Lessee takes out a travel/home/personal/medical insurance to insure his belongings inside the apartment and also against damages caused by himself or other tenants or other persons invited over by tenants. The property hire cost does n ot include any personal insurance cover of any kind. It is recommended that insurance be t aken out against cancellation.

Additionally, the CONTRACTOR is responsible for ensuring that any subcontractors provide adequate insurance coverage for the activities arising out of subcontracts.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance Business Automobile Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall name the other Parties, their parents, associated and Affiliate companies and their respective directors, officers, agents, servants and employees ("Other Party Group") as additional insured.
