Common use of Ultimate Control Clause in Contracts

Ultimate Control. Hospital shall have and maintain throughout the period hereof ultimate control and authority for the operation of the Program. Not to limit the foregoing, all admissions to the Program shall be in compliance with the admissions criteria which is established by Hospital after considering Manager's recommendations. Hospital has ultimate authority and control regarding decisions to accept a patient.
