UFFI Sample Clauses

UFFI. Vendor represents and warrants that to the best of Vendor’s knowledge no remaining building or structure on the property, if any, contains or has ever contained insulation that contains urea formaldehyde. This warranty shall survive and not merge on the completion of this transaction, and if urea formaldehyde is found, this warranty shall only apply to that part which is the subject of this transaction.

UFFI. The Seller warrants that while living on the property they have not used insulation containing ureaformaldehyde. Further, the Seller is not aware of that kind of insulation ever having been used on the property.

UFFI. The Seller hereby warrants and represents that, having taken reasonable steps to so determine, there is no urea formaldehyde foam insulation (“UFFI”) present in the Unit and if required, Seller agrees to so certify the same to Buyer’s Lender.

UFFI. Seller represents and warrants to Buyer that during the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has owned the Property Seller has not insulated any of the buildings used on the Property with a urea formaldehyde foam type of insulation, and that to the best of Seller’s knowledge and belief, none of the buildings used on the Property have been, as at the date of closing, insulated with a urea formaldehyde foam type of insulation. If the building is part of a multiple unit building this warranty shall only extend to that portion of the building which is the subject of this transaction. This warranty shall survive and not merge on the closing of this transaction.
