Common use of UCC Financing Statements Clause in Contracts

UCC Financing Statements. Delivery to the Administrative Agent of UCC financing statements duly executed by the Company and each applicable Guarantor with respect to all Collateral of the Company or such Guarantor, for filing in all jurisdictions as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the Agents, desirable to perfect the security interests created in such Collateral pursuant to the Collateral Documents; and

UCC Financing Statements. Delivery to the Administrative Agent of a UCC financing statements duly executed by the Company and each applicable Guarantor statement with respect to all certain Collateral of under the Company or such GuarantorPledge Agreement, for filing in all jurisdictions as may be necessary or, in the opinion jurisdiction of organization of the Agents, desirable to perfect the security interests created in such Collateral pursuant to the Collateral Documents; andLoan Party.

Delivery to the Administrative Security Agent of duly completed UCC financing statements duly executed by the Company and each applicable Guarantor with respect to all Collateral of the Company or such GuarantorCollateral, for filing in all jurisdictions as may be necessary or, in the reasonable opinion of the AgentsSecurity Agent, desirable to perfect the security interests created in such Collateral pursuant to the Collateral Documents; and

UCC Financing Statements. Delivery to the Administrative Agent of duly completed UCC financing statements duly executed by the Company and each applicable Guarantor with respect to all Collateral of the Company or Borrower and such GuarantorSubsidiary Guarantors, for filing in all jurisdictions as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the AgentsAdministrative Agent, desirable to perfect the security interests created in such Collateral pursuant to the Collateral Documents; and.

Delivery to the Administrative Agent of duly completed UCC financing statements and, where appropriate, consignment filings, as the case may be, duly executed by the Company and each applicable Guarantor Loan Party (if required) with respect to all personal and mixed property Collateral of the Company or such GuarantorLoan Party, for filing in all jurisdictions as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the AgentsAdministrative Agent, desirable to perfect the security interests created in such Collateral pursuant to the Collateral Documents; and;

Delivery to the Administrative Agent Lender of duly completed UCC financing statements duly executed by the Company and each applicable Guarantor with respect to all Collateral of the Company or such GuarantorCollateral, for filing in all jurisdictions as may be necessary or, in the reasonable opinion of the AgentsLender, desirable to perfect the security interests created in such Collateral pursuant to the Collateral Documents; and.
