Common use of UCC Financing Statements and Fixture Filings Clause in Contracts

UCC Financing Statements and Fixture Filings. To the extent not previously delivered to Administrative Agent, delivery to Administrative Agent of UCC financing statements and/or amendments thereto and, where appropriate, fixture filings and/or amendments thereto, with respect to all personal and mixed property Collateral of such Loan Party, for filing in all jurisdictions as may be necessary or, in the opinion of Administrative Agent, desirable to perfect or continue the perfection of the security interests created in such Collateral pursuant to the Collateral Documents;

UCC Financing Statements and Fixture Filings. To the extent not previously delivered to and filed or recorded by Resigning Administrative Agent, delivery to Administrative Agent of UCC financing statements and/or amendments thereto and, where appropriate, fixture filings and/or amendments theretofilings, duly executed (if required to be executed) by each applicable Loan Party with respect to all personal and mixed property Collateral of such Loan Party, for filing or recording in all jurisdictions as may be necessary or, in the opinion of Administrative Agent, desirable to perfect or continue the perfection of the security interests created in such Collateral pursuant to the Collateral Documents;

UCC Financing Statements and Fixture Filings. To the extent not previously delivered to the Administrative Agent, delivery to Administrative Agent of UCC financing statements and/or amendments thereto and, where appropriate, fixture filings and/or amendments theretofilings, duly executed by each applicable Loan Party with respect to all personal and mixed property Collateral of such Loan PartyParty acquired after the Closing Date, for filing in all jurisdictions as may be necessary or, in the opinion of Administrative AgentAgents, desirable to perfect or continue the perfection of the security interests created in such Collateral pursuant to the Collateral Documents;
