Common use of UCC Amendments Clause in Contracts

UCC Amendments. The Loan Parties shall deliver to the Administrative Agent, within 30 days after the Closing Date, filed as stamped copies of the UCC-3 Financing Statement Amendments amending Exhibit A to each of the UCC-1 Fixture Filings naming PNC Bank, National Association, as Collateral Trustee, as secured party, relating to As-Extracted Collateral for the following jurisdictions:
