McKesson shall have filed amendments of its UCC financing statements to reflect the name change of Accentia from “Accentia, Inc.” to “Accentia Biopharmaceuticals, Inc.” and McKesson shall be satisfied that there have been no intervening liens filed since the name change which would impact McKesson’s relative lien priority vis-à-vis creditors to which McKesson agreed to subordinate its lien position.
