UCAN Sample Clauses
The UCAN clause establishes the rights and responsibilities associated with the use of the UCAN (User Controlled Authorization Network) protocol or system within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how parties may interact with, access, or rely on UCAN-based authentication or authorization mechanisms, such as granting or verifying permissions for digital resources. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties understand the technical and legal framework governing UCAN usage, thereby promoting secure and transparent access control while reducing ambiguity around digital permissions.
