TYPICAL CONDITIONS. For the purposes of this provision, Department Directors and any other positions which are primarily of a supervisory and/or administrative nature and considered an exempt position, as determined by Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), shall not be entitled to standard overtime pay (See Emergency Overtime for exception).
