Types of Loans. Each Borrowing and each Conversion or Continuation thereof shall consist of Loans of the same Type (and, if such Loans are Eurocurrency Loans, having the same Interest Period) made, Continued or Converted on the same day by the Lenders ratably according to their Commitment Percentages.
