Common use of Types of Business Clause in Contracts

Types of Business. The Company and its Subsidiaries shall ----------------- engage principally in the business of (a) providing transportation, terminaling and storage services for petroleum products and the distribution, purchase and/or sale of petroleum products, chemicals and other bulk liquids, (b) natural gas gathering, processing, transmission and marketing and (c) other activities related thereto. The Company and its Subsidiaries may engage in businesses other than those described in the preceding sentence, provided that the gross revenues of such other businesses in any fiscal year of the Company shall not exceed 10% of the Consolidated gross revenues of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
