Common use of Types of Business Clause in Contracts

Types of Business. The Company will engage only in the business of developing, acquiring, constructing, improving, owning and operating the Cable Systems and such other Systems as the Company may acquire in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and other businesses incidental thereto (a) in respect of areas presently covered by the Franchises currently held by the Company and in respect of areas for which a Franchise is not required for operation of a cable television system, and (b) in areas covered by such other Franchises as the Company may acquire in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
