Common use of Type 2B Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Type 2B Interconnection. Type-2B involves Trunk side connection to a MATC End Office Switch. Type-2B facilities provide the capability to access only subscribers served by that End Office Switch, any MATC remote subtending that End Office Switch, or the MSC, as applicable. A two-way Trunk group shall be provisioned between the MATC Oxford, Wisconsin End Office Switch and ALLTEL with the Point of Interconnection designated, as provided in Appendix A Section I. Applicable tariff charges for establishing and provisioning this Trunk group are billed to ALLTEL, pursuant to Section 5.2 and Appendix A of this Agreement.
