TxDOT Actions. A. As the Recipient of Federal-Aid Highway funds from FHWA, TxDOT is solely responsible for effectuating the actions described in this Agreement. Except where noted, the actions described below will be performed in addition to the mitigation actions already committed to by TxDOT as they relate to the Project, contained within the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS).
