TWX Transferred Employee Bonuses. Following the end of the calendar year that includes the Distribution Date, TWX shall inform AOL in writing of the bonus (if any) payable to each TWX Transferred Employee under the applicable annual incentive plan or arrangement of a member of the TWX Group with respect to the portion of such calendar year ending at the TWX Transferred Employee Transfer Time (collectively, the “TWX Transferred Employee Bonuses”). AOL shall, or shall cause its Affiliates to, pay each TWX Transferred Employee such bonus (if any) promptly following the end of such calendar year and within the time period set forth in the applicable annual incentive plan or arrangement. The obligations of the members of the TWX Group to reimburse the members of the AOL Group with respect to the TWX Transferred Employee Bonuses are set forth in Section 15.02.
