TWISTING. The Company reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to withhold for its own benefit all Compensation otherwise owed or to be owed to Producer who, during the term of this Agreement, actively solicits, induces or attempts to induce any policyholder of the Company to relinquish, cancel, surrender or lapse said policyholder’s policy.
TWISTING. The content of this Subsection can be found in [24, §5.3]. Let A be a G- group, and F a G-set on which A acts on the left (compatibly with G). If a = (as)s∈G ∈ Z1(G, A) is a cocycle, denote by aF the set F on which G acts by the formula s′(f ) = as · s(f ), for f ∈ F . We say that aF is obtained by twisting F using the cocycle a = (as).
