Common use of TWISTING Clause in Contracts

TWISTING. The Company reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to withhold for its own benefit all Compensation otherwise owed or to be owed to Producer who, during the term of this Agreement, actively solicits, induces or attempts to induce any policyholder of the Company to relinquish, cancel, surrender or lapse said policyholder’s policy.
