Turnaround Service/Hours of Service Relief. Except as provided in (1) above, turnaround service and Hours of Service Relief at both home and away from home terminals shall be handled by extra boards, if available, prior to using pool crews. Engineers used for this service may be used for multiple trips in one tour of duty in accordance with the designated collective bargaining agreement rules. Extra boards may perform this service in all directions out of their home terminal.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract. There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Consultant for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Consultant execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein. The term of this Contract (“Term”) shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on the first to occur of the following: (1) the Deadline, as the same may have been extended by the Authority, (2) the date on which, in the opinion of Authority, all of the Services have been rendered, (3) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Authority pursuant to Section 14, or (4) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Consultant pursuant to Section 14.

  • Hours of Service The minimum number of Hours of Service an Employee must complete during a vesting computation period to receive credit for a Year of Service is: (Choose (c) or (d)) [X] (c) 1,000 Hours of Service.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • Level of Service The Service levels, if any, initially requested by Recipient (the “Initial Service Levels”) shall be as set forth in Schedule A. Recipient shall furnish Provider with an updated Schedule A at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of each fiscal quarter, indicating the anticipated Service needs of Recipient for the next fiscal quarter (each, a “Service Request”), and the Parties shall thereafter consult with one another and agree, as provided in Section 1.01 above, as to the elimination of any Service and the timing of, and adjustment to any Service Fees related to, the elimination of such Services. Subject to Sections 1.10, 1.11 and 1.12, Service levels may not be increased from the Initial Service Levels, including the enhancement of any Services or addition of any new Services, without the written agreement of the Parties.

  • Service Period For the purpose of determining eligibility for the special holidays provided under Sections 1, 2 and 3 above, an employee's service shall be calculated from the date of them joining the Company.

  • Service Levels The Company’s products or services are provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The Company shall ensure 99.9% up-time, Monday through Friday between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. US Central Time (“Up-time”). Where Up-time percentage averages less than 99.9% in a calendar month, the School District shall have the right to terminate the Agreement immediately upon written notice to the Company and shall be entitled to a refund of the School District’s fees paid for the services, as depreciated on a straight-line basis over a 12-month period commencing on the date the School District first had access to the Services through the date of termination.

  • Terms of Service In a Cloud environment, Red Hat’s Software Subscriptions may provide you with access to the Software and associated maintenance (updates, upgrades, corrections, security advisories and bug fixes), if and when available, in the form of software images intended to be deployed as virtual instances. Payments to Red Hat for Software Subscriptions do not include any fees that may be due to the Vendor for the Vendor’s Cloud services. Red Hat is not a party to your agreement with the Vendor and is not responsible for providing access to the Vendor’s Cloud or any other obligations of the Vendor under such agreement. The Vendor is solely responsible and liable for the Vendor’s Cloud. You may use the Services only for your own internal use within Vendor’s the Cloud. Use of the Software Subscription other than as set forth herein, including either access to the Software and/or Services outside the Vendor Cloud will be subject to additional fees as set forth in Section 5 below.

  • Service Level In the event that League InfoSight discovers or is notified by you of the existence of Non-Scheduled Downtime, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the source of the problem and attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Service Providing Methodology 1.3.1 Party A and Party B agree that during the term of this Agreement, where necessary, Party B may enter into further service agreements with Party A or any other party designated by Party A, which shall provide the specific contents, manner, personnel, and fees for the specific services.
