Common use of Tuition Fee Clause in Contracts

Tuition Fee. Where a person who was in the bargaining unit has been laid off by the College, pursuant to the provisionsof Article the College agrees to provide for a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) per course plus the cost of required course materials:
